Bookset is Missing


      This topic addresses those instances where the Knowledge Builder client is launched but the Contents tab's topic window listing does not include a required or previously available bookset.

      The following table associates specific problems with their possible causes and actions.

      A previously available bookset is no longer listed in Contents tab

      Bookset was uninstalled

      Reinstall the bookset

      Client's KB Server connection redirected

      Review client's KB Server path using Knowledge Builder Administration Utility, Select Knowledge Builder, Path to Server data.
      If required, redirect the client's KB Server connection to the previous KB server location.

      A required bookset is not listed in Contents tab

      Client's KB Server connection does not include the required bookset

      Install the required bookset.

      Use the Knowledge Builder Administration Utility to redirect the client's KB Server connection to the previous KB server location.
